Seeking dancers who can dance House and know other styles, and are able to commit to all rehearsals. However, everyone will be considered, so please don’t hesitate to reach out, connect, ask questions and share about yourself. Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation to all locations listed, however if we can carpool let's work that out as well.
Pay: ~ $450 - $475 for full commitment
Breakdown:
$15 flat rate for rehearsals 3 hours and less
$25 flat rate for rehearsals over 3 hours long
$35 flat rate for tech and dress rehearsals
$60 flat rate for shows

About the Choreographer:
Angelina Ponzio Labate
(https://snowflake.productions) is a teaching and performing artist, choreographer, poet, student, storyteller and documentarian who is guided by Afrodiasporic traditions of Hip-hop, Street and Club Dance. Her experience includes: ongoing classes, club events and trainings; a Street Dance Teaching Certificate Candidacy with Rennie Harris University; a Certificate of Continuation from Moptop Universal; an M.F.A in Choreography from Wilson College, mentored by Street Dance legend Rennie Harris; a B.A. from UCLA’s World Arts and Cultures Dance Program with a minor in Visual and Performing Arts Education; and an A.A. and an African Heritage Dance Certificate from City College of San Francisco. Angelina is the Director of Archives and Street Dance History for Rennie Harris Puremovement, and she teaches, researches, documents, and creates work for the stage, film, music videos and theater. Her work has been shown from LA to the Bay, and New York to Vermont.
